Aged Care Complaints Commissioner

The Aged Care Complaints Commissioner can assist with concerns about the quality of care or services you or someone else is receiving from Australian Government-funded aged care providers.

If you ever have a concern - about your own service or about somebody else - we encourage you to raise it with us. We have a clear procedure for managing any complaints or issues.

You can make your comments any way you are comfortable - speak to a staff member, talk to the Coordinator of your service, call our CEO Sandy Donkers. You can email us, write to us or call us, or tell us face to face. You can do it anonymously if you prefer.

If you feel your complaint isn't resolved to your satisfaction by us, you can direct your concerns to the Aged Care Complaints Commissioner on 1800 550 552. Their website is here.
